It is used in waterproofing, as a excellent stain resistance coating that protects by binding metal surface particles to a resin system, thus creating an encapsulating shell. Each particle is resin coated and becomes tightly packed in the cured film. Epoxy Coating has very low odor and can be applied indoors in occupied areas. Epoxy is generally used as a clear or pigmented high gloss finish. It is decorative and use in industrial flooring systems. Its is Resistant against diluted acids and alkaline solutions, diesel, mineral oil, waste water, etc.

Anti Corrosion Coating

Corrosion is a natural process. When metallic materials come in contact with the air and/or water . It causes the gradual destruction of metals by, oxidation of metals in reaction with an oxidant such as oxygen. For example, the iron starts rusting ,due to oxygen interaction with water on the iron’s surface. Therefore, metal equipment may become rusted both inside and out.
Epoxy resin, also known as poly epoxied, is a type of adhesive used in a variety of applications and industries. Epoxy coating uses a chemical mix of two liquid components, epoxy resin and hardener, to create a tough, solvent-resistant finish that can be applied to floors, countertops and decks. Many types of epoxy are noted for their durability and can be used to seal concrete floors, steel and other industrial materials.
Epoxy coatings are used over concrete floors in a variety of commercial and industrial applications such as in manufacturing plants, commercial and retail stores, industrial plants, warehouses, hospitals, showrooms, garages, airplane hangars, and more.
From protecting pipelines to sealing warehouse floors, an epoxy surface coating protects surfaces strengthens materials, and protects them from corrosion and decay, making epoxy one of the most widely used industrial finishes.
Anti-corrosive (anti corrosion epoxy coating) waterproofing protects the metal surfaces of your tank. against damages caused by moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure of chemicals. We use Epoxy is as an anti- corrosive coating. These Epoxy can be effectively used under concrete and thermal insulation. These anti-corrosive coatings are generally required for the protection of steel constructions, e.g. railway structures, external steel pipes, atmospheric corrosion protection, hydraulic steel engineering, tank lining/internal lining etc.

FRP Coating

FRP Coating Generally, in Fibre sheet, cement sheet, Metal sheet, pipe, tank and chemical plant component manufacture it is essential to protect the structural laminate from the environment to be contained. Often this can be achieved with a fibre reinforced barrier coat 2 to 3mm thick manufactured using surface tissue, light weight fibre mats and cloths using a suitable chemically resistant resin.

In such cases gelcoats are not used because a pure resin without additives provides a greater level of chemical resistance. Hence, the resin-rich surface tissue provides the initial chemical resistant surface and will contain around 95% resin by weight, which is further supported by a resin-rich, structural laminate barrier layer before the final GRP structure is manufactured.
