Do I need to move my furniture before the painters arrive?In order to protect both your belongings and the painters working on your walls, we strongly suggest moving any furniture or other items that are close to the walls to another part of the room. However, if you are unable to move the furniture on your own, we are able to assist you in doing so.

What procedure do you follow while painting the interior of house?As a professional service provider, we thoroughly check the condition of the walls and ceiling for any dampness, seepage or chipping off. If the current condition is not good, we recommend sanding of surface then 2 coats putty a coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. And if the condition is good, we suggest sanding, A coat of primer and 2 coats of paint.

How do you take care of the furniture and other things of the house?Before starting the painting procedure, our team would pack the fixed furniture and mask all the things with plastic sheets and newspaper based on the availability. After the completion of work, we do a dry dusting and ensure no paint stains are left over. We offer this hassle-free service at no extra cost.

Do you charge per sqft? how do you calculate the total paintable area?Yes, we practice a genuine pricing methodology. We make sure either of us must not be at loss. We calculate only the paintable surface and factor it out based on the products selected by the customers and arrive at the total cost. In this process, we consider the height/Length/Width of the space and consider the only area that can be painted. Means, we do remove areas covered by Fixed furniture, cabinets, wall claddings, Tiles and also segregate wooden and metal into different scope of work and arrive at the final cost. Also, we use Laser technology based measuring equipment for the accurate and hassle free measurement process. Our service starts at as low as Rs. 6/- per sq ft.

What is the procedure you follow in exterior painting?Firstly we clean the surface, fill the cracks with Dr.Fixit or Fosroc apply a coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. If we are using top end products i.e. weather coat paints we might have to use base coat instead of normal exterior cement primer as per the guidance.

How do you clean the exterior surface as it has fungal/algae formation?We use a high-pressure jet washer to clean the surface, as normal pipe water doesn’t help in removing the deep deposits. Followed by manual scrubbing with wire brush to ensure the dirt is removed completely before the crack filling and primer. We get all the extension cable, pressure washers etc. Only water source must be arranged by the customers. We ensure less wastage of the water as an environmental concern.

How much water or solvent do you add to paint for dilution?We are a start-up and customer trust or feedbacks are very important for our growth. We follow the dilution percentage as recommended by the brands on their website or product buckets. We ensure quality job as we are providing service Warranty too for the jobs executed. If any doubts or problem during the execution of the work, clients can contact company or SPOC at any point of time. We would be happy to assist.

How will you manage with the surrounding buildings and garden areas while painting exterior?We cover the floor and compound area with plastic sheets/covers before cleaning or painting the surface. We also move the pots in garden and terrace area before painting to ensure it’s not damaged.

How about safety measures while painting exteriors?All our painter’s risk during the work will be borne by MPTI. We strictly follow all safety precautions like industry standard safety belts, Polyester Ropes. If the work sites require scaffolding, either it must be arranged by the customers or will be charged additional as per actuals at the rate of Rs.18 /Sq Ft

What brand material do you use? Or are you associated with any brand?We are certified Partner with Nerolac however Customers are free to choose their brand of preference. In interior there are 3 verities of products available in all well-known brands such as basic or economy emulsion, medium quality or plastic emulsion and washable range emulsions. Though we generally use Nerolac products as we believe in its quality implemented through Japanese Technology. We also use Berger Paints, Asian Paints, Dulux, Sherwin Williams and JSW branded paints as per customer choice.

Is your painting team trained or skilled enough?We are a startup operating since 2022 and have successfully completed more than 50+ projects across major cities of India. We offer learning and development opportunities to our painting team frequently through the firms like Nerolac to ensure they are updated for the latest trends. So, customers don’t need to worry about the skills or workmanship of any of the painters. More over our site supervisor would keep a track of work and would report it on timely basis.

What are the payment terms or procedure?We follow a simple payment procedure. On confirmation of the Deal, a token advance or 40% of the bill can we paid. In between the work, next 40% of the bill can be paid and on completion and checking last 20% to be paid. We accept payments in Cash, Bank Transfer or Wallet transfer.

Will our service attract tax?Yes, we charge tax i.e, GST OF 18% on all Bank Transfers and wallet transfers or payment through cheque’s
